The prompt

Re-render this image as a frame from Dragon Ball Z (Toei Animation, 1991-1995 Cell-Saga era) Akira Toriyama character design, depicting the Final Flash two-hand beam-charge brace. Subject planted in wide stance with both arms extended forward at chest height, palms facing outward, fingers spread wide and held rigid, wrists pressed together so the two hands form a single firing platform. Body angled slightly back so the planted feet, hips, shoulders, and arms form a single force-transmission line. Face locked in clenched-teeth concentration, eyes narrowed at unseen target ahead. Between and just in front of the palms: a dense roiling sphere of bright golden-yellow energy compressing inward, with hard-edged ink contour, lightning-arc strands snapping outward from the sphere into the air around the hands. Aura: tall flame-shape of golden ki rising vertically from the subject's whole body, hard cel-shaded edges, layered ink-line wisps. Ground: cracked rock or pavement fractured in a radial pattern from the subject's feet, small pebbles lifting into the air around the boots. Background: sky bleached pale by the charge-light, distant rock-formations or wasteland horizon, parallel speed-lines converging toward the sphere to telegraph the imminent release. Lighting: golden-yellow ki sphere is the primary key light from the front-center, deep cast shadow behind subject. Cel-animation linework: heavy confident Toriyama-school ink, single-weight contour on the sphere, hatched ink for cracked ground. Color palette: golden-yellow dominant, warm white core, cool slate-blue shadows, subject in standard armor/gi colors. Mood: the moment of all-in commitment where the subject is pouring everything into a single concentrated shot, no hedge, no second attack queued, the conviction-trade made visible, the bet sized to the conviction. Composition leaves the foreground beam-path open for caption insertion. No legible text, no logo, no watermark. Aspect ratio 16:9 matching source. Preserve the subject, pose, and composition of the source image exactly, change only the medium and rendering.

What it is doing

The Final Flash is Vegeta's portfolio statement. He spends the entire charge time exposed, defenseless, with no second move queued behind it. Either the beam connects and ends the threat or he loses. The register encodes the Druckenmiller-Soros position-sizing rule: when you have real conviction you fire everything in one shot, because hedging your conviction trade is the same as not having one. Applied to any subject in a make-or-break commitment posture, the frame asserts that the bet must be sized to the conviction or the conviction is fake.
