Aggregation method, reproducible from the immutable CSV: Python csv.DictReader in original file order; decimal.Decimal(LoanAmount); include every record, classify <=50000, >50000 to <=100000, or >100000 to <=150000, where <= and > apply to numeric dollar amounts. Count JobsRetained blank separately from explicit 0. Sum nonblank JobsRetained as recorded; blank contributes nothing to this arithmetic subtotal but must never be interpreted as an observed zero. Currency sum uses Decimal and two decimal places. Do not conflate this Delaware below-$150k subset with PJ4's national 4,885,388 loans or national 51,125,937 jobs reported. No individual borrower names or locations from the original CSV are copied here.
