2. On the application, hand write your full SSN and your age, then sign and date it.
3. Send: the printed application, both pay stubs, and the signed cover letter.
4. Mail to Financial Assistance Office, 400 Harbor Road, Lantern Hollow. Keep copies; use tracked mail if you can.
5. Last day to apply: April 25, 2027 (240 days after the August 28, 2026 first statement).
6. Send it well before December 26, 2026, the day collections referral could start (120 days).
7. Expect a written decision within 30 days of them receiving a complete application.

9. If they say no: ask in writing for the exact reason and which table row they used.
10. Then fix any missing item or math error, resend, and ask again that collections stay paused.
