Subject: Refund of $42.00 membership charge billed after cancellation

Hello,

On 8 January 2026 I wrote to ask that my Granite Peak Fitness monthly membership be cancelled [cancel-request.txt: "I would like to cancel my Granite Peak Fitness monthly membership."]. The next day you confirmed in writing that the membership was cancelled [cancellation-confirmation.txt: "Your Granite Peak Fitness monthly membership is cancelled"], that my last day of membership was 31 January 2026 [cancellation-confirmation.txt: "your last day of membership is 01/31/2026"], and that no further fees would be billed [cancellation-confirmation.txt: "No further membership fees will be billed."].

Despite that confirmation, my card was charged $42.00 for a Granite Peak Fitness monthly membership on 9 February 2026 [card-statement.txt: "02/09/2026 | GRANITE PEAK FITNESS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP | $42.00"], after the membership had already ended.

Please refund the $42.00 charged on 9 February 2026 to the card it was taken from, and confirm in writing once the refund has been issued.
