Ingredients

Steps

  1. Soften the onion in the oil, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the paprika, lentils, and broth.

2. Orbit Skillet Flatbread

Yields 6.

Steps

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in the yogurt to form a dough. Add a splash of water only if the dough will not hold together. [MISSING AMOUNT]
  3. Divide into 6 pieces.
  4. Roll thin.
  5. Warm the oil in a skillet and cook each piece for 2 minutes per side over medium heat.
  6. Scatter rosemary after cooking, if using.

3. Moonwell Lemon Rice

Four servings.

Steps

  1. Rinse the rice.
  2. In a pot, combine the rice, water, salt, and olive oil; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
  4. Rest, covered, 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff, then add the lemon zest and juice and the parsley.

4. Copper Comet Carrots

Serves 3.

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Toss everything on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway.

5. Velvet Pond Bean Salad

6. Starlit Baked Pears

  1. Set the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place the pear halves cut side up in a small baking dish.
  3. Stir together the oats, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Divide the mix across the halves; top each with a piece of butter.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until soft.
