Things I did this year. Sam Okafor, dispatch coordinator, Kettle Lane Bakery Distribution.
Kept in my notes app as they happened.

January 12: Started tracking late deliveries by route. Late rate for December was 14 percent.
March 3: Rebuilt the route sheet so drivers stop doubling back on the east loop. Drivers say it saves about 9 hours a week across the team.
April to May: Covered for Pat for six weeks during Pat's leave. Ran the morning call, approved overtime, handled two customer complaints.
June 30: Late rate for June was 6 percent.
July: Trained three new drivers (Ines, Marco, Dee). All three still here.
August 19: Caught a double-booked truck the night before the Harvest Market order. Moved it, order went out on time.
September: Late rate for September was 5 percent.

Pay: $48,500 a year. Last raise was 2 years ago, 3 percent. I have been here 3 years.
